At Corich we realize that not all storage items require a heated storage environment. To that end we offer both Heated and Non-Heated Storage Facilities.

For Car Clubs looking for a location to store club member’s vehicles, Corich offers use of our heated Club Meeting Room at no charge. If your car club is looking to store multiple cars this winter, give us a call. We would be pleased to discuss bulk storage rates and the use of our Club Meeting Room.

Heated Indoor Storage Gated access to our 5,000 sqft Indoor Storage facility keeps your stored items safe and secure. With concrete floors, 7 foot entry doors and a minimum temperature of 50 degrees Fahrenheit (9 degrees Celcius) Corich Storage offers high quality heated indoor storage.

Non-Heated Indoor Storage

Located in a separate section of our Indoor Storage Facility, this 15,000 sqft Non-Heated storage area offers 16ft entry doors, High Ceilings and Clear & Open Floor Space.

• Temporary Electrical Hook Up
• Rodent & Pest Control
• 12 Month Storage Options

Please note: Corich must be provided with a duplicate set of keys for operation of your vehicle. Keys are securely stored off site and returned upon vehicle pick up.

While Corich maintains insurance on the storage facility, it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to maintain insurance on the vehicle while in storage.
